We have just won a planning appeal on the former Maelog Garden Centre site near Rhosneigr, Anglesey effectively removing a condition on the planning permission requiring 3 of the 9 approved dwellings to be affordable houses.
We were able to prove by quantum argument that the development was not viable with affordable housing.
The site is now free of the condition, and we are offering it for sale.
The development, whilst started, has been abandoned since 2008.
