We have just submitted an application for a Certificate of Lawfulness to legitimise the unauthorised 10-years continuously-intermittent (no, its not a contradiction !) use of a shoreside Boathouse as a Wedding and Party venue...…….a very popular venue, in a glorious waters edge location, in a AONB.

We recently made an application for PP for a row of 6 dwellings (4 houses including 1 affordable + 2 bungalows) in a quiet location in the village of Talwrn, near Llangefni, in the setting of a listed building, with many interesting and challenging planning issues we have overcome.

Planning permission just received for this substantial agri-development in Anglesey, near the BrynCelli Ddu Burial Chamber.

Interesting but resolvable issues of archaeology !

We act for the Charity owners in offering a 1.5 acre green field in the centre of Trearddur Bay opposite the former Beach Hotel.

No foreseeable development potential.

To be offered freehold with VP by informal tender.

Contact us for details.

We have just won a planning appeal on the former Maelog Garden Centre site near Rhosneigr, Anglesey effectively removing a condition on the planning permission requiring 3 of the 9 approved dwellings to be affordable houses.

We were able to prove by quantum argument that the development was not viable with affordable housing.

The site is now free of the condition, and we are offering it for sale.

The development, whilst started, has been abandoned since 2008.

We understand that BREXIT will have no effect on any aspect of our present UK/Wales planning law or policies.
